Assalamualaikum, jumpa lagi.

SLE atau full name-nya systemic lupus erythmatosus, adalah chronic autoimmune disorder that may affect the skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs. Its underlying causes are unknown & at any age, its occurrence is more common in women than men but that doesn't guarantee men are immune from this.

At this moment there is no cure for SLE, treatments are to control symptoms. Symptoms are include:

• Chest pain with a deep breath
• Fatigue
• Fever with no other cause
• General discomfort & malaise
• Hair loss
• Mouth sores
• Sensitivity to sunlight
• Skin rash - a "butterfly" rash 
• Swollen lymph nodes

*Symptoms also depend on part of body affected*

Possible complications are:

• Deep vein thrombosis/pulmonary embolism
• Anemia
• pericarditis, endocarditis, or myocarditis
• Pleural effusions
• Pregnancy complications
• Stroke
• Severely low blood platelets (thrombocytopenia)
• Inflammation of the blood vessels

I'm a young adult, my childhood experiences was so memorable and beautiful. Thanks to my parents and family who gave me such great memories, I love you guys. In next 30years if I'm still breathing, I wonder what would be happen to me? Allahu a'lam..

Young people, some of them really gave me a headache. They nowadays rarely listened to us. Arrogant, naive, pathetic and knows nothing about this world...are really some of them. This world isn't just living for fun kids. You people still have a lot of years ahead.

People said when you get older, you grows mature. What it would looks like to be older?

People said they are weaker than us

I said they get weaker because they give us strength

People said their emotions are often fragile

I said because they endures our fragility for decades before we grows mature

People said they are hard of hearing people

I said because they always listened to us young people

People said their sight are getting dim from day to day

I said because before this they look after us as much as they can

People said their thinking capacity not as good as us

I said because long ago they used to think for our good

People said their memory anytime can get blurred

I said they are sometimes forgetful as they always reminds us about values in life.

People always questioned them "who are you to rule our life"

I said because they are our elderly

They used to fight with this temporal world

They are our pride

Dear younger, let us taking care of our elderly with our love, respect & support to show our gratitude to them for keeping our tradition & values & history, for their contribution that keep our society in a great strength & dignity

I love u

professionalism

I & friends just came back from McD Pekeliling, we actually went there to discuss n do our assignment...what an expensive discussion hohoho..people said "menyelam sambil minum air" so i spent almost RM10 for my breakfast which only cost us around RM5 at kedai kopi kat Kg.

Professionalism & interprofessional practice, our simple topic but quite always discussed. Let me relate back to this blogging outbreak. Blog or whatever it is, pretty much a trend nowadays. Even a 12yo kid can be a blogger, kids nowadays are really advanced in this stuff than our time being a kid few years back.

The question is "are you professional?"

Humanism & excellence: make up some elements of professionalism. 

This elements of professionalism are very familiar in healthcare professionals but I think also practicable even for a blogger.

Humanism includes respect, honor & integrity. When you write an entry, if you extracts from others into yours

then credits the sources appropriately. Be fair, straightfoward and truthful, avoid writing to gain personal interest. Personal interest here I think is remarkable for those who really enjoyed mengumpat "innocent" people using blog or what so ever.

Excellence described as commitment to competence in knowledge, skill & ethics. People said "up-to-date" but do not cross the etika-etika berpakaian of writing.

So this though just came to me even already familiar. I'm a sains kesihatan student, why don't use my little knowledge to make this simple blog a useful site. Then I decide that every entry of mine should have at least a useful information to benefits my humble readers. Not just merely an "empty" entry.

Lets hope that I can keep my word, InsyaALLAH.

Semalam sy buat satu lagi tindakan drastik terancang..b'tolak semalam dari kg halaman, tiba kat KL pkl 7pg, pkl 8pg siap2 untuk gi kelas..nasib baik hari ni tak kena selsema lepas hampir 10j kat dlm bas dengan aircond yg xleh nak tutup + hujan smpai air menitik2 kat kusyen..fobia naik TRANS!

Hari ni kelas takde tapi taklimat masuk sem saja hmpir setengah hari..well macam biasa, lain kali kna bawak kapas sumbat telinga!! Lepas lunch gi check-in K4, kna bayar RM5 sebab takde gambar setelah sekian lama dok k4..money addictor diorang neh!!

Yaey, esok pkl 11pg baru stat kelas kalu xsilap..Masih ada masa nak rehat...Moga ALLAH beri saya semangat yang lebih menggunung tinggi untuk meneruskan perjuangan sem6 menuntut ilmu atas nama ALLAH jua..amin.
